Salary Range: £25,628 - £28,326 per annum 
Work Location: Three Minsters House, Winchester (hybrid working - combination of working from home, area offices around Hampshire and Three Minsters House)                 
Hours per week: 37 (Part Time working for this role may be considered. Please state your preferences on your application)
Contract Type: Permanent

The Role:

Within Property Services, our Energy Team are looking for an Energy Support Officer to provide administrative and technical support to the team on a wide range of energy contracts and frameworks. You would be working in a friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team of property professionals, who deliver work of a high standard with excellent attention to detail.


You will use your excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with a variety of clients both internal and external as well as suppliers, be organised and self-motivated, with a good level of IT knowledge including experience of using Microsoft Office. Intermediate level Excel skills are essential with the ability to understand data and present information clearly.


The post offers a broad range of responsibilities which keep the role varied and interesting, and you will be encouraged and supported to take responsibility and make suggestions on the best way to deliver an effective, efficient and innovative support function.
